Challenge:
Business USA launched a program that clearly defined manager level roles versus entry level roles. One of the new responsibilities managers were tasked with was to mentor entry level workers, and position them for promotions to roles suited to their skill set. Business USA is a young start up who require clear protocol related to establishing measurable goals.
Solution:
Business USA is a fast moving start up, so the initial solution was to create a short and informative video about SMART goals. The video would be followed by a short in person training, job aid, facilitation guide, and rubric.
